Hey everyone! I’m Kat. I work in Client Services for the largest Commercial Real Estate Company in the world, and I’m a Health & Fitness Coach on the side. I created Healthy Fit & Fab as a sort of “one-stop-shop” to help you juggle all of the things that we, as professional women are expected to maintain: Career, Family, Health, Fitness, Beauty Regimen, Social Life, and the list goes on… My goal is to motivate people to get healthy, fit, and feeling fab inside and out! I want to help you have more energy, more confidence, and help you to develop healthy habits that will allow you to have a better quality of life. The truth is there is no magic pill, no quick starvation trick, and no easy way to cheat your way to healthy. Getting fit and healthy is HARD WORK! And it’s even harder when you have a full time job, a family and a busy schedule. I get it! People have told me from the time I entered the business world that there was no way that I would be able to continue staying loyal to my health and fitness if I want to further my career. Not only were they D.E.A.D. wrong, but I am stronger, healthier and feeling better than I ever have, and my fitness goals continue to climb. I’m living proof that you CAN have everything you want! With my health and fitness programs that you can fit in whenever and wherever you have time, I know you will make great progress and see results! I’m here to give you tips and advice along the way, to motivate you and encourage you to be the best possible you that you can be.   • just started following you today on insta as you left a comment on one of my posts 🙂 my fitness journey started 10wks ago and i have lost 12kgs from 86kg – i work full time and a mother of two -my struggle at the moment is losing that last bit of fat on my belly – its freaking hard work i must say – i love makeup and wear it daily – come across your makeup section to find i use two of what you reccomended ( NARS & MAC) altho i find there a bit heavy to workout in but i cant go without it …ive noted down your excercise routines on the abs etc as i feel that is my biggest focus at the moment with the belly – ( god help me and pray a miracle happens overnight ) LOL would you have any suggestions?.i workout daily and eat well lost the weight but Im trying to tone – and grinding daily
